When you submit a Business consulting inquiry through our contact forms, we may collect:

  • Identity Data: Full name, job title, and company name.
  • Contact Data: Email address and phone number.
  • Inquiry Data: Any details you provide regarding your business challenges or consulting needs.

We process your data strictly for the following purposes only:

  • To respond to your consulting inquiries and provide tailor-made advisory roadmaps.
  • To fulfill our contractual obligations if you engage our services.
  • To send industry insights or service updates (only if you have explicitly opted in).
  • To comply with Vietnamese legal and tax regulations.

By clicking “Submit” on our contact form, you provide voluntary, affirmative consent for us to process your data for the purposes stated above. In accordance with Vietnam’s PDPL, we do not use pre-ticked boxes or “silent” consent.

  • Retention: We retain your data only as long as necessary to fulfill the inquiry or as required by Vietnamese law (typically 5–10 years for business records).
  • Security: We implement strict security measures, including encryption and restricted access, to prevent unauthorized disclosure or data breaches.

We do not sell your data to a third party. We only share information with:

Under the PDPL 2026, you have the following rights:

  • Right to Withdraw Consent: You can stop our processing at any time.

If we transfer your data outside of Vietnam (e.g., to global cloud servers), we ensure a Transfer Impact Assessment (TIA) is in place to maintain the same level of protection required by the Ministry of Public Security (A05).
